  • Assist with development of marketing and membership sales plan to create awareness and stimulate interest in the center 
  • Develop system to monitor sales, tracking, and booking procedures
  • Develop and assist with the implementation of service desk policies and procedures
  • Develop new member integration process
  • Develop member experience management system
  • Support development of member contact systems including website and internet strategies
  • Provide written protocols and customer service and sales training
  • Oversee launch of membership presale

Staffing:

  • Develop staffing plan including positions, projected FTEs, organizational structure, sample compensation plans, and job descriptions
  • Assist with recruitment and training of Director and key Coordinators
  • Support Director or Coordinators with recruitment of key staff and service providers
  • Support Director or Coordinators with pre-opening checklists and planning
  • Provide written protocols and assist with service training as needed
  • Develop staff orientation and training
  • Provide employee handbook template

Operations and Administration:

  • Provide pre-opening comprehensive checklist
  • Develop and provide templates for all operational processes and systems
  • Make recommendations for retail product lines offerings
  • Develop department Standard Operating Procedures for each department
  • Support the development and implementation of all operational and service delivery policies, procedures and tasks necessary to prepare for opening day.
